Delivery, step by step
- Dispatch within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm ET usually leave the same day from our U.S. warehouse.
- Tracking by email. The tracking link arrives as soon as the carrier label prints; allow up to 24 hours for the first scan.
- Delivery in 3 to 7 business days. Coasts run faster, rural routes slower. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses are served and may add a few days.
Shipping is free on 4-bottle and 8-bottle packages. The 2-bottle pack carries a standard fee shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to U.S. addresses only for now.
If a package goes missing
Give tracking 48 hours to catch up, check with household members and neighbors, then email support@buysugarcontrol.com with your order number. We trace every reported parcel, and when a carrier genuinely loses one, we reship at our cost. You will not be left refreshing a tracking page alone.
Returns in three steps
- Email support@buysugarcontrol.com with your order number, any time between day 30 and day 60 after purchase, per the refund policy.
- Support replies within 1 business day, confirms the claim, and tells you whether bottles need to come back to our Wilmington address.
- Refunds post to the original card within 5 to 10 business days of processing.
